Ordering and payment

When you place an order, you are sending us a request to buy — we will confirm what is available before it is final. Payment is made in person at pickup or meet-up (cash or other methods we accept at the time). Prices and stock can change, and we may cancel an order if an item is no longer available.

Pickup

We serve the greater Windham, New Hampshire area. Tell us your preferred pickup window at checkout, and we will confirm a time and the exact spot with you directly after you order. If we are unable to reach you to arrange pickup within a reasonable time, we may return the items to stock.

Meet-ups — important

Meet-ups take place at a public, well-lit location in the greater Windham, NH area. We reserve the right to refuse or change a meet-up location, to decline meet-ups after sunset, and to limit how far we travel for a meet-up. We are not responsible for incidents that occur in parking lots or other meet-up venues, and we do not provide medical or transport assistance. A meet-up is confirmed only after we have been in direct contact with you.

Food, allergens, and cottage-food disclosures

Our products are freeze-dried candy made in a private home kitchen that also handles common allergens, including milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact, so our products may not be suitable for anyone with a severe food allergy. These foods are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the State of New Hampshire, in accordance with New Hampshire's homestead food rules.

Returns and refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, email frozeninnewhampshire@gmail.com and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Because these are food products, please reach out promptly.

Limitation of liability

Our products are sold for personal enjoyment. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Frozen in NH is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or this site, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under New Hampshire law.
