Who we are
Frozen in NH is a small freeze-dried candy business serving the greater Windham, New Hampshire area. For any privacy questions or data requests, email frozeninnewhampshire@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the name, email address, and phone number you enter at checkout. For meet-up orders, we also collect the meet-up location, date, time, and any notes you add. If you sign up for new-product alerts, we collect your email address. We do not collect or store payment card data — payment is handled in person.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to fulfill your pickup or meet-up order, to contact you about that order, and to send you an order confirmation email. If you signed up for new-product alerts, we use your email only to send those alerts.
How it is stored
Order and subscriber data is stored in our hosted database (Supabase). Order confirmation emails are sent through Resend, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process your information on our behalf so the store can function.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, and only so they can help us run the store and contact you about your order.
Your choices and data requests
You can ask us to see or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from new-product alerts, at any time. Email frozeninnewhampshire@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your shopping bag and, for the owner, to keep a login session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Third-party content
Our Social section embeds our public Facebook page using Meta's Page Plugin. When it loads, Meta may set its own cookies and receive your IP address and browsing data under Meta's privacy policy, independently of us. If you would rather not load it, you can block third-party cookies in your browser.
